Edii’s Maker2Market Business Taster Experience is a three-day program that specializes in helping creative, young people aged 10-17 explore their entrepreneurial skills and mindset by experiencing a full business cycle that culminates in a real-world market day at Old Bus Depot Markets.
The Maker2Market Business Taster program runs each school holiday period and is a fun way for young people to learn about business by creating their very own micro-business and testing it in a real-world setting.
The two-day workshop is a deep dive into learning business concepts and problem-solving techniques before identifying an ideal customer, prototyping, market-testing and making 25 hand-made products and developing a business name and logo. Participants also develop their pricing, promotional plan and practice customer service skills. Day three is market-day at Old Bus Depot Markets testing their newly formed micro-business in a real-world setting, selling hand-made products and making their very own $.
Limited places in each school holiday program, so book early! For details of the program, dates and to book, please visit: www.edii.com.au/m2m-business-taster
