Taste the delights from Peppers Pantry

28 November, 2013

Peppers Pantry stall at the markets. What’s one of the best things about farming life? Enjoying the changes of season and the bounties they bring is certainly a major plus.

Stacey Beggs has made seasonality her focus with her new pop-up providore at the markets. She takes what’s fresh to create a range of jams, chutneys, glazes and cakes. Right now it’s raspberries and you can find raspberry glazes amongst other fresh produce. Stacey is primarily a beef farmer raising Hereford cattle on her property in Bungendore and also sells her grass-fed, hormone-free beef fresh and cryovaced at the markets, along with a selection of high quality cheeses from the Hunter Valley.

You’ll find Peppers Pantry at the markets each week.
