Taste something new in our Multicultural Food Hall
Change is as good as a holiday, or in this case a new taste sensation. There have been some changes to our multicultural food hall of late, with two new foodies sharing some wonderful flavours each Sunday.
Try Le’Moon, truly a sweet lovers’ heaven, this dessert stall has a great range to tempt you each week. Favourites include Poffertjes, or Dutch pancakes, regular pancakes, waffles and sweet, Asian-style crepes – all with a variety of toppings on offer. Crepe cakes are available in a range of flavours including Thai tea, cappuccino, vanilla and their signature flavour, coconut ice cream. Le’Moon also serves delicious mango sticky rice seasonally.
And for those who love Thai food, head to Yolk for a selection of Thai dishes each week. Tasty morsels on offer include rice balls, and deep-fried tofu with crushed peanuts in sweet chili sauce.
The lunch menu, available from 11am, changes with mains including chicken in red sauce with rice, stir fried instant noodles with vegetables and eggs, mung- bean noodles stir fried with vegetables and eggs, pork ribs in garlic and pepper with rice and salad, and the Thai Royal snack – prawn in special sauce stuffed in a crispy omelette.
For dessert, try Yolk’s milk pudding in coconut juice and milk with fruit salad, or the grass jelly with brown sugar in ice. This flavour-filled menu may be subject to change without notice so check what’s on offer each week.
In other food hall news, please note there is no longer any Spanish or Mexican cuisine.
