Bonne Bouche Patisserie is our brand-new stallholder whose gorgeous pastries have been creating quite the stir on social media and beyond.
Head Chef Man Hoi was trained in Hong Kong by one of the top Executive French Pastry Chefs, before coming to Canberra to set up shop. Man Hoi yields over 15 years of expertise in creating beautiful (and equally delicious) goods, making Bonne Bouche the place to go for exquisitely tasty products.
Specialising in eclairs as well as other delights including macarons, opera cakes and Paris Brest, Bonne Bouche’s pastel pastries are as visually appealing as they are a delight to the tastebuds. Bonne Bouche use Lindt chocolate, and locally sourced ingredients including Borella Eggs to achieve the best possible result. Just a few of the éclair flavours you can get your hands on are chocolate, rosewater, crème brulée, orange and passionfruit. Yum!
