Fitter’s Workshop to host concerts in May

24 April, 2015

Old Bus Depot Markets - The Fitter’s WorkshopThe much loved building next door to the markets, The Fitter’s Workshop, will play host to a series of concerts throughout May as part of the 2015 Canberra International Music Festival.

Our heritage listed neighbour has been used intermittently in recent years for exhibitions and performances, and the festival is sure to be another fantastic series of performances in this space. Head to the markets for your Sunday shopping fix, then head on over to the Fitters Workshop for these wonderful performances.

On Sunday 3 May you can catch Bach on Sunday at 11am – 12.30pm, Beethoven The Complete Piano Sonatas VI at 2pm – 3.45pm, or later in the evening after the markets close, Beethoven The Complete Piano Sonatas VII from 5pm – 7pm. Then on Sunday 10 May you can attend the popular Festival Closure from 7pm – 8.30pm. Which will take your fancy?

Bookings are required for all concerts, see 2015 Canberra International Music Festival website for details and to book.
