What’s one of the best things about farming life? Enjoying the changes of season and the bounties they bring is certainly a major plus.
Stacey Beggs has made seasonality her focus with her new pop-up providore at the markets. She takes what’s fresh to create a range of jams, chutneys, glazes and cakes. Right now it’s raspberries and you can find raspberry glazes amongst other fresh produce. Stacey is primarily a beef farmer raising Hereford cattle on her property in Bungendore and also sells her grass-fed, hormone-free beef fresh and cryovaced at the markets, along with a selection of high quality cheeses from the Hunter Valley.
