Australian Stone Jewellery
Overview
Alan’s inspiration is the colours and textures found in the Australian landscape. For Australian stones in particular, no two stones are exactly alike making each piece of jewellery unique. Alan also works with stones from around the world such as garnet, lapis lazuli, amazonite, and amethyst, and he enjoys creating different colour combinations. He combines the stones with silver, copper or brass to make necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings. Alan also has a limited range of mixed media pieces which combine glass, ceramic and stone beads. Australian Stone Jewellery also has some tumbled stones and mineral specimens mainly from Australia.
