Those with a sweet tooth — and especially the vegans amongst us — won’t be able to walk past new stallholder Veganarchy, with its delicious range of cupcakes, muffins, slices and cookies just begging to be devoured.
Raspberry lemonade cupcakes, lemon blueberry muffins, ANZAC biscuits, chocolate brownies and peanut butter cups are just of the products on offer, with a number of yummy flavour combinations.? How good does a white chocolate passionfruit cupcake sound?
Gabrielle Carr, the driving force behind Veganarchy, has been baking vegan for five years, and takes great delight in showing people just how delicious vegan food can be.? Many of her customers are genuinely surprised by just how rich and moist her products can be without the use of any animal products.? What’s more, many of her products can also be enjoyed by people who are gluten or soy intolerant.
Gabrielle reports that her best sellers are definitely the cupcakes, particularly the vanilla and cookies and cream varieties (this one’s filled with Oreo cookies – who knew Oreos were vegan?).? And we can’t go past another popular variety called The Elvis, which is a dense banana cake paired with peanut butter frosting and chocolate ganache.? Yum!
