But the guys at The Brathaus are doing much better than that with their cooked gourmet German style sausages served on crusty baguette with sauerkraut, German mustard and tomato sauce.

Father and son team, Alex and Thomas Hanner, are Canberrans of German descent and they make all the sausages themselves in the German style. Three to four varieties of sausage will rotate depending on the season – all sausages are free range, gluten free, have no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives and are made from only prime quality cuts. Sooooo good!  Have a taste at The Slab.
