Part of any Sunday out at the markets is the fabulous entertainment on offer. Introduce your eyes and ears to what’s on in July with dragon dance, swing, acoustic covers, alternative country, Celtic, folk and belly dance.

Great talent this month includes Canberra Dragon Dance, Swing Katz and Lambert and Co on Sunday 2 July; on Sunday 9 July it’s acoustic folk from Tinker’s Cuss, more swing form Jumptown Swing and alternative country from Charlie’s Attic; later in the month it’s Monique Lewis and Irish and Scottish traditional music from Humbug Celtic on Sunday 16 July; Guyy Lilleymann has the day to himself  for his experimental folk, rock, ambient and blues on Sunday 23 July,  then Buasavanh Tribal Belly Dance finish up the month with traditional belly dance on Sunday 30 July.OBDM Charlie's Attic

    Making sure we get off on the right foot, we have our friends from Jumptown Swing who are celebrating Canberra’s festival of swing, Canberräng. The talented Monique Lewis will also be playing this month. In her young career, she's already performed in such venues as the Hyperdome and the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel in Thailand.
  • Market Entertainment: July 2018
    Someone who’s no stranger to the markets, Liam Wright will be making a return on Creative Fibre, 8 July. Liam has opened for such talents as Kim Churchill, James Bennett, and the Bronze Whalers among others.
