Dinner Rush: meals to rush home for
Siobhan Palmer makes the kinds of meals you want to make at home for your family but don’t have the time. Her new business, Dinner Rush, sees this qualified chef who’s worked in some of Canberra’s favourite dining spots over the past 16 years, creating some amazing dinners for two.
New at the markets, Dinner Rush meals are seasonal, handmade, preservative free and use local ingredients where possible. The winter menu includes beef and ricotta meatballs in Napoli, lamb tagine with dates, pistachios and preserved lime and baked chicken with fennel, orange and borlotti beans.
All meals are cooked in a commercial kitchen in Fyshwick and are ready to heat and eat, or pop in the freezer for later.
