Now you can take home the delicious tastes of Italy with pizzas, cannelloni and lasagne from La Pizza Cucina. Husband and wife John Wall and Vicki Miller-Wall, based in Bowral, visited Italy four years ago and had the best pizza they’d had in their lives. When they returned home they decided to make pizzas just like they’d tasted and sell them for people to take home and enjoy for themselves.

La Pizza Cucina pizzas are handmade using quality ingredients and are vacuum sealed to retain freshness. John and Vicki pride themselves on producing a traditional Italian thin crispy crust pizza base with minimal topping and maximum flavour. They are made with no added salt, flavour enhancement or preservatives. Pizza varieties include ham, caramelised onion and olives, and tomato, basil and bocconcini. Plain pizza bases with traditional tomato passata are also available, as are delicious lasagne and spinach and ricotta cannelloni. All products sold are ready to take home and finish off the cooking process in a home oven. La Pizza Cucina is at the markets every Sunday.
