Overview

Handmade by Catkin is a daughter and mother team who create handknitted items from vintage and contemporary materials, hand dyed yarns and other notions for fellow crafters. We appreciate the beauty of crafts and sustainable slow fashion alternatives.

We create quality and useful tools and yarns for other crafters to use to create their own slow fashions. We support a more environmentally friendly approach to clothing and accessories in all our designs.

We upcycle materials where possible, and many of our designs are created with zero waste methods. 

Our yarns include more unusual fibres such as bamboo, linen, cotton, silk and sequin yarns, among others.
