Overview
Dream Cuisine is take no prisoners, make no compromises sweets and pastry and tarts. We use organic ingredients where we can and we make everything fresh by hand.We use free-range eggs, farmhouse cream, organic milk and fresh seasonal fruit. Our macarons are considered the best outside Paris by the Age in Melbourne.
Dream Cuisine is a boutique business run by mother and son team Owen Saddler and Marilyn Chalkley at 9/18 Whyalla St Fyshwick, Canberra’s Capital Region Farmers Market at EPIC in Mitchell, and the Old Bus Depot Markets in Kingston. Cafe is open 8-2 Saturdays, 7-4 weekdays, closed Sundays and public holidays.
