Overview
Idyllic Hills Wines grow, harvest, vinify, bottle and package all our wines in Murrumbateman. We grow Viognier, Shiraz, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, seasonally producing interesting blends.
David & Jacquie man their stall in person and happily discuss Idyllic Hills Wines – owning and operating the business themselves. Ours is a boutique business, excelling in producing the finest quality Canberra District cool climate wines, made in the French style.
We live at our vineyard, so do not use any poisons. All the pruning, de-suckering and year-round maintenance is done by David, with family, friends and neighbours assisting with the annual harvest.
