Find antiques and collectables on an Easter hunt of a different kind

Swap the chocolate egg hunt for a hunt for original antiques and collectables on the Easter long weekend with the special Easter Portobello Road event to be held on Sunday 8 April.

Portobello Road is a favourite amongst those who love browsing for collectables and small antiques, and offers a fun day out for those ready and willing to trawl the aisles, scan the stalls and pick through the piles of interesting curios. The fun is in the hunt as you never know what you might find amongst the stalls.

Portobello Road will offer around an additional 35 stallholders offering everything from Scandinavian mid century chairs, bright and colourful vases and cut lace tablecloths, to oil lamps, antique cuff links, Parisian buttons and old trading card collections. Rummage through a stack of old suitcases, funky lamp shades, tea cups and saucers and ceramic and glass flying ducks to decorate your home. Retro decorative art blends with antique jewellery, china and art glass, silver, linens and restored pieces.
