NEW: Three new foodies cooking up a storm

Fresh made Gyoza made by Old Bus Depot Markets stallholder, Gyoza GuyFood glorious food. Plenty of it in our Multicultural Food Hall. But did you know we now have three, yes three, brand new food stallholders cooking up seriously delish food from gorgeous gourmet menus? They’ll now be rotating on various Sundays throughout the month.

Go for some gyoza from Nobuhiko Ebina, or the Gyoza Guy as he is better known. On the first Sunday of every month, and sometimes additional Sundays, you can try these authentic Japanese dumplings. Made from the best available ingredients, Nobuhiko offers gyoza steamed with a crunchy bottom, or try them boiled and topped with traditional sauces.

Sticking with the Asian food theme, try a delicious egg waffle from the new Chen’s Egg Waffle. If you haven’t seen one of these before, an egg waffle is a spherical egg-based waffle popular in Hong Kong and Macau. You can try these on the second Sunday of every month.

Then on the third Sunday of the month, taste another delight – Chinese-style hot savoury crepes, or jianbing, from Little Wu Jianbing.  These are super tasty, authentic Beijing-style street food.

Come every Sunday and try them all – is your mouth watering yet?
