Crafted Cubed has the coolest cupcakes

Old Bus Depot Markets - April 2015 enewsletter - Stallholder Crafted³Crafted³ business owner Natalie Hare wanted to make sure people can have their cake and eat it too. Being anaphylactic herself, Natalie knew what it was like to be challenged by certain foods, and was often saddened by children with dietary restrictions having to miss out. So she started her cupcake business to cater for them – and her cakes are amazing!

Crafted³ began six years ago and today Natalie and her husband manage the business, creating all their delightful treats from their 63 square kitchen at the back of their home in Harrison, ACT. This boutique cupcake business is so named as they bake their goods three ways – egg free, dairy free and gluten free. They also cater to vegan and allergy friendly diets, yet all cupcakes look the same as regular cupcakes and they taste just as great.

Natalie and her husband have been at the markets for the past few years and they attend most Sundays of the year with their cupcakes (traditional, gluten free and vegan), cakes, cakepops, meringues, rocky road, brownies and other sweet treats. Natalie is constantly experimenting with new flavours such as their coffee inspired range – caramel macchiato, mocha and espresso mudcake cupcakes served in coffee cups – and there’s even a hot chocolate version with marshmallows for the kiddies. The products are always fun – such as the Easter inspired treats – and are made with top quality, fresh and mainly Australian products. Have a taste on your next market visit.
